    Meals can last up to one week unless you freeze them.
  • Are the containers reusable ?
    Yes, the containers are reusable and BPA free. They are also microwave, freezer, and dishwasher safe.
  • How should I warm the meals ?
    Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds stirring half way through then continue to heat.
  • How soon can I expect my meals after I order ?
    Meals are mader to order so you should place your order at least a day and a half in advance.
