Meet the Chef Behind the Meals!
Hello, my name is Willie G. Ford Jr. I was born and raised in a small town called Anderson, IN. I was raised by a single mother, being the youngest of three boys. I always knew from my early childhood that I wanted more for myself, and I was always one to think outside the box. I graduated from Anderson High School in 2013. I began my college career at Ivy Tech Community College in Muncie, Indiana, and obtained my Associates Degree in Hospitality Administration in 2016. I also received my certification as a Pastry Chef. After college, I weighed 265 pounds - my heaviest weight, at 21 years old, being 5’9. Both sides of my family have a history of health problems such as high blood pressure, congestion heart failure, and diabetes. At the rate I was going, I knew that those same problems would be knocking at my doorstep in no time. So I decided to make a change to my lifestyle. I started by joining a gym and faithfully went 5-6 days a week. I made it a priority to drink a gallon of water or more a day, to prep each meal, and I began counting my macros. On my journey, I dropped over 100 lbs and maintained and kept it off. Through my own journey, I learned about nutrition and about meal prepping and I created all of my menu items. The items on my menu are the foods I consumed on my weight loss journey. I feel blessed that I can share my talents and knowledge with others each and every day. From early on in my journey, I knew I wanted to start a Meal Prep Service Company. My goal was to provide affordable and proper nutrition for busy men and women, and for those who need some guidance on nutritional decisions. Many people that come to me see Meal Prepping as a choice, where I find it to actually to be my purpose here on Earth. I allow people to utilize their time more freely throughout the week by prepping the fuel that gets them to point A to point B. Feel free to browse my website, and please reach out if you have any questions. I hope to be prepping your meals soon! -Chef Wil
